Call of Duty Legends of War Ever since we found out that Activision had made a collaboration with Tencent to provide hit console FPS series Call of Duty to mobile, fans of the franchise couldn’t wait to find out just when the game would be released on mobile.
Tencent is the same company that brought hit battle royale game PUBG to mobile. So with that in mind, we’re confident that Call of Duty Mobile will be just as much a hit as its console counterparts.
The game’s mobile version will be called Call of Duty Legends of War. There have been several beta releases in recent months, for countries including Australia and China. From viewing the footage, the game looks fantastic and has a very high skill gap while also being a casual game for players who prefer to play casually too.
The mechanics are almost as thick as its console counterparts, with some things including weapon customisation and scorestreaks being similar. As for maps and game modes, we will also be seeing the same plans we’ve seen in the console versions – such as Nuketown – in a mobile format. With some exclusive maps accompanying them, the game modes will also be similar such as Team Deathmatch, Demolition and Free For All.
The game will boast a great variety of weapons and beautiful skins too. More details about the game, maps and overall gameplay can be found here. The game is still currently in late development, with a new plan called Fallen being unveiled on February 11.
As for the release date, the game developers confirmed the game will be released next month – probably March 30th for China and the global release will be unveiled a full month later for both Android and iOS devices.
Although there’s a month difference between regions, hardcore fans can dive into the game by using a VPN to download and play the game.
